After 9 months of playing in this Walt Wilkins-led group, I'm still the new guy. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Various cast members drawn from a rich reservoir of talent rotate in and out each week. I'm still playing songs I've never heard. This reminds me of very early shows I saw of Michael Murphey, with Bob Livingston, Gary Nunn, Craig Hillis...almost spiritual. Out In The Alleys Of Austin, indeed.
